This was a very 'different' comedy magic show. If you can imagine a mixture of Tommy Cooper, Eric Morecombe and Roland Rivron with an exaggerated Italian accent you have Tony Risotto. He was completely endearing and within minutes of his first act had members of the audience mimiking his hilarious affectations. The interaction with his long suffering but enthusiastic belly-dancing assistant, Yasmin, caused many an opportunity for mix-ups and well rehearsed near misses. Their combination of movements, expression and tricks often synchronised with the music was extremely amusing and would not be out of place on a Royal Variety Performance. Yasmin's hypnotic dancing combined with her luxuriously bespangled costumes totally captured the audience. Nothing detracted from the audience's apparant immense enjoyment of the show. That was the first chance I'd had to see the act and would certainly choose to see them again. Sally Meineck
